• Identifiers set by cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

03Meta Pixel & Conversions API

When you visit the Site, these tools may collect and send to Meta:

• Actions you take (for example, viewing a page, submitting a form, or booking a call).
• Technical data such as your IP address, browser and the Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc.
• Where you provide it, contact information such as your email or phone number. This is hashed (turned into an unreadable code) on our side before it is sent, so Meta receives it in a pseudonymised form used only for matching.

Meta uses this data to match events to accounts, measure ad performance, and build audiences. For visitors in the EU, UK and other consent-required regions, these tools only run after you accept marketing cookies. Meta acts as an independent controller for some of this processing; see Meta’s own Privacy Policy.

04Other Tracking & Analytics

We may also use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand how the Site is used and to measure marketing. These set their own cookies and are listed in our Cookie Policy.

• Correct inaccurate data.
